Shipping and Delivery
Read in detail about our shipping and delivery service terms.
A lot of what we make is handmade, unique, or produced in small batches, so preparation times (shown on the product page or confirmed once you order) can vary, particularly for bespoke, made-to-measure or personalised pieces, larger event orders, or repairs. If anything's going to take longer than expected, we'll let you know using the details from your order.
We currently ship to the UK and a number of international destinations, shown at checkout, and we may occasionally need to restrict delivery somewhere if we can't get it there reliably or safely insured.
Within the UK, you'll see your delivery options, timings and cost at checkout, with the estimate starting once your order's actually dispatched rather than from when you placed it.
International orders can take longer depending on customs, local delivery services, holidays, weather or other disruption, so we can't guarantee an exact arrival date. Unless the checkout has clearly said otherwise, any import VAT, duty or local charges are down to the recipient, so it's worth checking what applies where you live before you order.
Where tracking's available, we'll email it to you, though it might take a little while to update once the parcel's left us.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct, since we can't take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect details, and we may not be able to change an address once an order's been processed. If a delivery can't be completed, the courier might try again, leave it at a collection point, or send it back to us; keeping an eye on tracking and arranging collection or redelivery is down to you, and we may need to charge again for postage if something has to be resent.
If your parcel hasn't turned up when expected, let us know, we may need to wait out the courier's own investigation period before we can treat it as lost, but we'll stay in touch throughout.
If something arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item, get in touch promptly, and hold onto everything in case we need it for a claim; your rights aren't affected either way.
We're not responsible for delays caused by things properly outside our control, postal strikes, customs hold-ups, severe weather, and the like, though we'll always try to keep things moving and keep you posted.
We try to keep packaging sensible and low-waste, using recyclable or reused materials where they're still clean and protective, without cutting corners on how your order arrives.
For anything delivery-related, email karen@zebredellas.co.uk with your order number if you can.
