Yes. Every bracelet is handmade individually. Natural gemstones have their own colours, markings and character, meaning every piece is completely unique—just like the person wearing it.

Yes. Every handmade Zebredellas® Jewellery is designed and handcrafted in Cheshire, England, and we are proud members of the Made in Britain organisation.

Every design is created by Karen Cronje, founder of Zebredellas®, who has over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience and creating handcrafted jewellery and artisan products.

Most bracelets take between 45 minutes and over an hour to create, depending on the design, knot work and materials used.

No. We don't mass produce our jewellery. Every bracelet is individually handcrafted in small quantities.

Absolutely. If you'd like different gemstones, colours, charms or sizing, we'd be delighted to discuss creating something especially for you.

Yes. We can often personalise your bracelet with different colours, charms, spacer beads or sizing. Simply contact us before ordering.

Yes. We use carefully selected natural gemstones wherever stated within the product description.

Our collections feature gemstones including Jasper, Agate, Jade, Tiger's Eye, Quartz, Amazonite, Onyx, Labradorite, Hematite and many more.

No. Natural gemstones vary in colour, pattern and texture. These natural variations make every bracelet beautifully unique.

Many cultures have traditionally associated gemstones with different meanings and symbolism throughout history. Our jewellery celebrates their natural beauty and individuality rather than making medical or healing claims.

Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist just above your wrist bone. We recommend measuring your actual wrist and we'll make the bracelet to fit comfortably.

Most adjustable macramé bracelets comfortably fit wrists from approximately 15–22 cm. Elastic bracelets are made to your supplied wrist measurement.

Yes. Every bracelet can usually be made to suit your wrist size.

We use premium waxed cord for our adjustable macramé bracelets and professional jewellery-grade stretch cord for our elastic designs.

Yes. Our bracelets are made using quality materials and traditional knotting techniques designed for everyday enjoyment.

Many of our bracelets are made using vegan-friendly materials including waxed cord rather than leather.

Absolutely. We can send your jewellery directly to the recipient and include a gift message if requested.

Yes. Our jewellery arrives beautifully presented in a satin gift pouch, making it ideal for gifting.

Handmade jewellery makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, retirements, thank-you gifts and many other special occasions.

Many orders are dispatched within a few working days. Bespoke or made-to-order items may take slightly longer.

Yes. We ship worldwide.

International customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on their country's regulations.

Yes. Most orders are sent using tracked postal services.

If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Custom-made items may not be eligible unless faulty.

Zebredellas® began from a simple act of kindness when founder Karen Cronje was taught macramé by a neighbour while living abroad. That generosity inspired a lifelong passion for creating jewellery that celebrates individuality, craftsmanship and meaningful design.
